Owner of the Patio since the 1970s, the Prato family found Philippe Chevrier to be the perfect successor when it came to handing the restaurant over in 2013. This restaurant had, in fact, opened its arms to Philippe Chevrier as a Sous Chef in 1985. Today, an innovative approach accompanies the menu’s classic dishes: “Beef & Lobster!”
